Contact us for return authorization at 619.363.1055 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for your RA number. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization and an RA number.
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us at info@sunsaltwaves or 619.363.1055 within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds unless the item is defective or we send the wrong item.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account. Then contact your bank/credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your package is valued over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
